Made from estate grown fruit, our 2018 Cabernet Merlot is a crowd favourite. Matured in a combination of 25% new and 75% old French oak barrels, the 60% Cabernet Sauvignon / 40% Merlot blend results in a wine with a full body, strong fruit notes and dry tannins. Perfect paired with a protein rich meal or as a nice glass by the fire.

Textured tannins of the Cabernet layered over succulent and soft fruit notes. The finish is long and lingering with cedary oak tannins. Ripe plum flavours.
